Version in effect from April 12, 2026
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all services provided by HECTIS, a SASU with share capital of €10,000, whose head office is located at 51 Rue de Curembourg, 45400 FLEURY-LES-AUBRAIS.
Any order is subject to a prior quote. The order is validated by signing the quote or by any electronic means (email, online form). HECTIS undertakes to respond to any quote request within 48 working hours.
Our prices are expressed in euros excluding VAT and including VAT as indicated. They apply to the services described in the quote. Travel expenses may apply depending on the geographical area.
Payment is made by bank transfer, check or cash (within the legal limit). A 30% deposit may be required for major services. The balance is due upon receipt of the invoice, within 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Delivery or intervention times are given as an indication. HECTIS will endeavor to meet the agreed deadlines but cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control.
HECTIS implements all necessary means to provide quality services. Our liability cannot be incurred in the event of force majeure or client fault.
In accordance with the law, for service provisions, the right of withdrawal does not apply when the service is performed before the end of the 14-day period with the client's agreement.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing this, the courts of Orléans shall have sole jurisdiction. The applicable law is French law.
